Answer the Poll!
Just as a prevote. Answer the poll on the right sidebar of the page to show us which events you might like to hold! Since we are aiming to 4 events please check four only.

A Few Reminders for Meeting 11/27/12
Hi guys!
-Remember that those who have not yet paid their $25 dollar dues need to have those in by the next meeting at the LATEST. If you have it ready before then, give it to Mrs. Darland or Mrs. Goodland and tell them what its for. You MUST pay this due to get a t-shirt!!
-would Chairpeople or designated committee members please send me their Project Plan. My email is lillianzha@gmail.com. Be sure you have included WhoWhatWhenWhereWhyHowDeadline to the upmost detail. If you are collecting money, be sure you know where it's going, and who will be sending it there. If you are creating something, make sure who's doing what. If you are using money, the council can probably pay for it, however the whole student council has to vote on whether to spend the money. Also note that all events must go through the principal and they will not approve a half finished plan. The deadline for the activity/creation is Winter Break!!!
-We will be voting next meeting on what activities we want to hold this year as a whole. We are aiming for 4 activities but we may do more depending on our efficiency! Please go through links or search on your own for ideas the whole school may participate in!!! I have listed examples under Current Projects. At the next meeting we will have members propose motions to hold these activities which we will work on as a group to complete. We will be passing these motions/ideas by voting according to Parliamentary Rules in the General Info section. so please read and understand the concept.
-Those who were absent at any meeting must report to the secretary Helena Wu or any of the teachers advisors or risk being put on probation.
